According to Engel & Völkers, it chose Barrie for its newest location as it has proven to be a significant attraction for those who are looking at small-town living that combines urban and cottage country living.
The region’s diverse suite of recreational properties includes waterfront homes, single-family homes, luxury condos, century homes, equestrian properties, and ski-in chalets.
“Barrie has been undergoing a healthy and steady growth phase over the last 10 years,” Brooks stated. “Sellers are seeking higher levels of service and global exposure when putting their properties onto the market, and I knew Engel & Völkers’ values, recognition and resources would give my business the edge it needed to go above and beyond in satisfying my clients’ needs.”
