While mortgage professionals have a reputation for being hard-workers, many get involved in the business for the flexible hours and the ability to manage their own schedules. The most preliminary of our survey results back that up.
Still, we don’t want to reveal too much about what we’ve gleaned. But let’s just say brokers may have more in common with teachers than one might expect, especially when it comes to vacation time.
