It’s no secret that sex sells, but one real estate agent may have taken it over the top with this listing video.
OK, so sex sells – even when it comes to real estate – but does this listing video go too far?
The video, produced and directed by California listing agent Patrick Raymond, shows a beautiful and unique Grover Beach, Calif., home. However, the video opens with a nude couple in bed and suggestive lingerie strewn around the room. That couple reappears throughout the four-and-a-half-minute video, in various states of undress.
Some agents have wagged a finger at the man behind the video for its explicit nature (watch it below, but don’t say we didn’t warn you!), while others take issue with the fact that it doesn’t do a good job of actually showing the home.
Raymond, meanwhile, tells Inman News in the States that he’s received a lot of interest in the property, including from prospective buyers who admit it’s over their price range and female buyers asking if the male actor “comes with the house.”
