MCAN announces appointment of new VP/CFO

MCAN moved some chairs around Friday, announcing the appointment of a new CFO and vice president to replace Tammy Oldenburg, who has tendered her resignation to make way for the current CFO of Xceed.

MCAN moved some chairs around Friday, announcing the appointment of a new CFO and vice president to replace Tammy Oldenburg, who has tendered her resignation to make way for the current CFO of Xceed.
 
Jeffrey Bouganim will be the new VP upon the successful completion of the OSFI Approval of Arrangement for all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Xceed Mortgage Corporation, and will be chief financial officer effective August 31. 
 
Until then, Oldenburg will continue to serve as CFO and VP.
 
Oldenburg has been with MCAN since 2002, and has acted in the capacity of vice president and chief financial officer since 2006.

Prior to joining Xceed in 2010, Bouganim served as CFO for a Schedule I chartered bank, prior to that, was the CFO of the brokerage and capital markets operations of another big bank.
