Registrar’s Consent Order voids Indeep Singh Aulak’s registration on allegations of fraud
In its Consent Order issued December 12, 2016, the Registrar of Mortgage Brokers (Registrar) cancelled the submortgage broker registration of one Indeep Singh Aulak, who also went under the alias Ted Aulak.
Earlier that year, the Registrar placed Aulak under suspension for taking the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Examination on behalf of a B.C. licence applicant, for falsely swearing on an affidavit that he was that person, and for registering on the Trading Services Applied Practice Real Estate Course in place of that person.
The Consent Order barred Aulak from ever applying again for registration under the Mortgage Brokers Act.
