The cheque was presented by RESCON president
The Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON), an organization representing residential builders in Ontario, has presented a cheque to the Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto.
The cheque for $50,000 was handed to Carol Eby, senior manager, corporate partnerships at Daily Bread Food Bank, by Richard Lyall, the president of RESCON.
Daily Bread Food Bank is a Canadian charity organization with a goal to end hunger in Toronto while also advocating for long-term solutions towards ending poverty.
RESCON also made a donation to the food bank worth $25,000 earlier this year, as reported in an article by Daily Commercial News.
