Bank follows up on its earlier promises of a streamlined digital experience for clients
Earlier this week, TD Bank Group inaugurated its digital mortgage application, meant to improve customer experience by making home purchases easier and more convenient.
“The launch demonstrates TD's ongoing focus to deliver seamless, omni-channel experiences that help customers achieve their dreams of home ownership and feel more confident about their finances,” the bank stated in its announcement.
“We continue to build solutions that provide personalized, connected experiences in the homebuying process,” VP of real estate secured lending Pat Giles added. “Buying a home is a huge financial milestone for Canadians, and our goal is to make that process easier and more convenient to make home ownership dreams a reality.”
The digital mortgage app is available nationwide in all devices, 24/7. Canadians will have access to crucial tools like status tracking, save and resume, and document uploading. Clients will also have dedicated mortgage specialists at their beck and call, should they require help at any step of the process.

The new portal came just a few short months after the bank’s mobile mortgage concierge service made waves and earned praise among industry observers and the general public alike.
According to market data firm App Annie, TD’s mobile service has consistently ranked at the top in terms of the most important metrics – monthly active users, number of downloads, average number of sessions per user, and review scores – for 12 straight months, placing it at the forefront of Canada’s retail banking app space.
The app has also consistently held the highest rank in the finance category on the Canadian Google and Apple App stores.
