The days to have your say on your lender partners’ performance are winding down
Year after year, brokers would come together to rate their lender partners in 10 key categories, including turnaround time and BDM support, for the annual CMP Brokers on Lenders report. These two categories, in particular, saw a significant boost in last year’s report on average lender performance showing lenders’ efforts to improve their processes and achieve efficiency.
