Platform aims to streamline and centralize the myriad processes involved in a commercial property deal
Earlier this week, commercial property services provider Altus Group Limited announced the launch of its newest platform designed for improved transparency and decision-making among industry players.
ARGUS Cloud offers greater opportunities for collaboration among users, giving them the means to coordinate transactions anywhere, anytime, on any of the large number of devices that the platform is compatible with.
The set-up also incorporates a more efficient and centralized process that will allow files to be stored and backed-up in a secure cloud database.
Among the platform’s featured offerings is ARGUS Acquire, an intelligent deal-management solution designed for the needs of acquisition teams. Altus said that this is just the first in a series of powerful web-based applications that will be released down the line.

“With the launch of ARGUS Cloud, we’re creating a connected ecosystem for the commercial real estate industry by delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that provide complete portfolio transparency and insights,” Altus Group CEO Bob Courteau said.
“This is a key part of our product and partner strategy, and the next step in our plan to build additional integrated end-to-end solutions that will streamline business processes, leverage third-party data sources and reduce complexity within the CRE industry.”
