FirstService Residential announces new vice president
A major property management company in British Columbia has appointed a new financial executive.
FirstService Residential—which manages estates as diverse as condominiums, single-family homes, rental buildings, commercial properties, and much more—announced Lanna Lalonde as its new vice president for finance.
“With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lalonde worked as director of finance, regional controller and financial controller for prestigious brands such as Delta Hotels and Fairmont in Canada, the United States and Barbados,” the company announced. “In this role, Lalonde is responsible for ensuring that our client and corporate accounting systems and processes are best in class.”
“Lanna’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge makes her a key addition to the company and to our clients,” FirstService Residential British Columbia president Scott Douglas said. “Her expertise will help refine current programs, create new initiatives and continue to provide industry leading financial services to our clients and organization.”
Lalonde expressed anticipation for her new assignment.
