The two companies have extended their partnership
Filogix and Axiom Innovations have announced two significant extensions of their partnership, effective immediately.
The first agreement involves the integration of Filogix's lender network, also known as "pipes," into Axiom's Scarlett Mortgage platform, benefitting mortgage brokers and agents working on the platform.
"Filogix remains the primary conduit of mortgage brokers to lenders across the industry, and therefore our collective decision to move forward with a long-term relationship was a natural progression," said Joe Fakhri, president and CEO at Axiom Innovations.
"Where Scarlett differentiates itself is with its superiority when it comes to ease of use, quality of service and solution, innovativeness, product education and training, and overall user satisfaction."
Jonathan Wootten, vice president at Filogix, highlighted the comprehensive inventory of lender choices available to brokers through the platform.
"With the majority of volume seamlessly directed to lenders through Filogix, brokerages enjoy a wealth of options, empowering them to tailor their clients' financial journeys and uphold the highest standards of excellence," said Wootten.
The primary goal of the first partnership is to ensure that network decisions do not impact lender connectivity, thereby enabling mortgage professionals to retain control over their own decisions and run their businesses in their own best interest.
The second long-term agreement focuses on enabling any brokerage firm using Filogix Expert or Expert Pro to utilize Axiom's Scarlett Pay system.
Previously, limitations on accessing firm data were primarily controlled by mortgage networks.
This partnership guarantees Axiom's access to the necessary expert data for servicing brokerage payroll needs, granting brokerage owners full discretion, regardless of whether the brokerage is under a mortgage network or not.
"Scarlett Pay simplifies the payroll process by offering broker-owners the most accurate reporting on their business while saving them time, money, and putting them in control of their business," said Fakhri.
Ryan Spence, principal broker channel development at Filogix, stressed the importance of self-determination for mortgage brokerages.
"With the empowering combination of Axiom Scarlett Pay and access to Filogix Expert, the organizational constraints on payroll data are removed, allowing brokerages to chart their own path to success," he said.
