Paul joined the First Mortgage Trust team in August 2020 as General Manager, Paul was promoted to CEO in September 2021.
Paul has over 20 years' experience in the financial, property and banking sectors. He is an experienced specialist property financier and has held senior risk management and lending roles with responsibility for identifying and mitigating risk. Before joining FMT Paul was on the BNZ Property Finance leadership team which developed and implemented its lending strategy, balancing growth in the loan book with appropriate risk management protocols.
Paul is passionate about property and enjoys helping clients succeed in their property journey whether it be investment or development.
