Vince heads up the credit team and is a significant contributor to the NZ strategy. He has vast credit experience spanning across consumer, residential, asset, and commercial finance. This strength of experience provides both a confident environment for his credit staff to operate in, as well as many opportunities for growth. Under Vince’s leadership, all loan underwriters have achieved increased lending discretions, which in turn has enabled the business to achieve faster service delivery times.
