Pat Lockwood has been in the finance industry since 1993, with his first job out of school being as an office junior at a bank. Lockwood has been working with Loan Market since December 2006, where he is an executive assistant to mortgage adviser Bruce Patten. His favourite part of the job is when a client’s finance gets pre-approved, and he gets that excited call saying they’ve brought the property. He says that’s when the fun begins, and the team can start looking for the best possible deal to suit the client.
