Christchurch-based Nathan Miglani began his finance career as a home loan specialist at ANZ, and gained his first years of brokerage experience with local Christchurch firm Tony Mounce Mortgages. Having gained a good grounding in the industry, joining the high-performing team at Loan Market in 2016 was a natural move for Miglani. He now works with clients to choose the right finance products and interest rates, whether they’re buying their own home, their next investment or commercial property or simply re-financing to get the right deal. As a property investor himself, Miglani has a strong understanding of the importance of timeframes, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the property market.
