Lipman is iRefi’s star player and first homebuyer specialist adviser. The 24 year old found his passion in educating future property investors and first homebuyers when he took an adviser support role fresh out of the Auckland University of Technology. Lipman has since then been brokering all types of lending scenarios, with majority of his business in the past 12 months was from first homebuyers looking for advice and education in the >80% LVR lending space. He is also committed to education by contributing articles and videos and speaking in seminars and real estate events.
