It's that time on the year again to rate the banks
This week, NZ Adviser has launched the Advisers on Banks 2020 survey which asks mortgage advisers nationwide for feedback about New Zealand’s major lenders. The banks with the highest performance rating across a range of criteria will be named Bank of the Year.
Faced with the challenges of the past year, how supportive have the banks been? Take the survey now.
The results of survey will provide the basis of a report into the performance of New Zealand’s banks from the adviser perspective. The report will focus on 11 areas of criteria including turnaround times, BDM support and communication and engagement.
All respondents also have a chance to win a gift set containing a bottle of Hendrick’s Gin and an atomiser.
The Advisers on Banks 2020 survey will be published on the NZ Adviser website in October.
