Second year running the lender has won the award
Avanti Finance has been recognised as the best non-bank in New Zealand for the second consecutive year at the 2023 New Zealand Mortgage Awards.
The achievement comes on the back of Avanti Finance being confirmed as the second-largest non-bank lender in NZ for the second year in a row in the 2022 Financial Institutions Performance Survey (FIPs) report.

Avanti Finance also sponsored the Avanti Finance Adviser of the Year – Specialist Lending award, which recognises exceptional achievement and performance within the specialist lending sector.
Organised by Key Media, the New Zealand Mortgage Awards are supported by NZ Adviser. The 2023 awards was held at the Hilton Auckland on Thursday, April 27, attracting a crowd of almost 200 people to the first in-person ceremony since the NZMAs started in 2021.

The Avanti Finance Adviser of the Year – Specialist Lending award was won by Satyan Mehra from iConsult (pictured below).
