New office will serve residential growth in Papakura, Takanini, Karaka and Drury
Century 21 New Zealand has announced the launch of a new franchise in the South Auckland region, which will serve residential growth and development areas in Papakura, Takanini, Karaka, and Drury.
The real estate firm has tapped real estate veterans Gary Bal and Iresh Tennakoon as franchise owners of the new Century Property Local Realty office. The pair said they were attracted to the brand because of the positive traction and “cut-through” that Century 21 is gaining, and they are proud to be part of that new energy in an area of Auckland that they know well.

Derryn Mayne, co-owner of Century 21 New Zealand, welcomed Bal and Tennakoon to the team.
“We welcome similar high-performing salespeople like Gary and Iresh,” said Mayne. “Good on them for having the business foresight to establish a new franchise in such a strategic part of Auckland. It further strengthens Century 21 in the south.”
Century 21 New Zealand says that it plans to set up more franchises across New Zealand over the next twelve months.
