2023 Fast Brokerage winners adapt to challenges
NZ Adviser has announced the winners of Fast Brokerages 2023, mortgage companies across New Zealand that have quickly adapted to, and are thriving in, challenging times.
We identified the fastest-growing mortgage companies in New Zealand by inviting nominations for its third annual report. Mortgage brokerages were asked to list their revenue and settlement volume for the 2021/22 and 2022/23 financial years and their other growth milestones.
The NZ Adviser team then evaluated the nominations to identify which brokerages performed excellently, with those that achieved over 20% growth in combined revenue and settlement volume receiving awards.
A total of 10 mortgage companies made the final list of Fast Brokerages 2023. NZ Adviser also featured six brokerages as Fast Starters, mortgage companies that have been in business for less than three years but have already made their mark in the New Zealand mortgage market.

Spring Loans, a prominent financial service provider focused on simplifying finance and securing optimal lending solutions for customers, made it to this year’s list of winners.
The mortgage company offers a wide range of services, including business loans, home and investment loans, commercial loans, and asset finance – catering to diverse client needs.
