NZ Adviser begins annual search for the best workplaces in New Zealand
Fostering a positive and enjoyable environment for employees is critical to the success and productivity of any organisation.
To recognise the companies that excel in providing a great workplace, NZ Adviser will again select the Top Mortgage Employers across New Zealand.
Mortgage companies with at least 10 employees are invited to fill out the employer form detailing their various offerings and practices.
Once employer entries close on Friday, June 21, shortlisted companies will receive an anonymous survey to be distributed to employees to evaluate their workplace on several metrics.
Top Mortgage Employers 2024 will be published on the NZ Adviser website in October.
