In a recent interview with New Zealand Adviser TV, Bhardwaj reflected on the company’s journey, its philosophy, and what lies ahead.
Bhardwaj attributes Finance Bloom’s rapid success to transparency, trust, and putting clients first. “We don’t overpromise what we can’t deliver,” he explained. “It’s about growing together - supporting clients from their first home to future investments.” This commitment has earned the firm a five-star Google rating and a loyal client base that continues to grow through word-of-mouth referrals.
With a background spanning hospitality and banking, Bhardwaj brings a unique set of skills to the mortgage sector. His years in hospitality helped him develop a deep understanding of client needs and the importance of clear communication. “When you’re a client, you want someone to understand your situation and offer tailored advice,” he shared, adding that being approachable and patient has been key to building trust.

Looking ahead, Bhardwaj has set ambitious goals, including reaching $100 million in loans by next year.
