He made a big name for himself in the US
Mortgage Express continues to expand its Wellington team, announcing the appointment of Greg Hutchins as a mortgage adviser a day after it welcomed Aaron Cohen to the team.
Like Cohen, Hutchins (pictured) has also been in the financial services industry for more than a decade. For over 15 years, he has worked in retail lending and management in a banking environment in New Zealand and the US – serving as a banker, bank manager, estate company manager, and notary public. He is also a former NZ Army Regular Force Soldier and recipient of the NZ Army Accommodation.
Hutchins completed the Residential Property Lending Strand NZCFS Level 5 Version 2 and follows a structured six-step process to tailoring lending solutions for his clients. In 2008, he achieved the Silver Club for Bank of America, as one of the Premier Banking and Investment Client Managers across the entire US.

Hutchins provides mortgage advice through his company Hutchins Consulting Limited, which trades using the Mortgage Express brand.
“I am excited about being able to help my clients achieve their goals, with access to all the different lenders that can provide solutions to fit their individual needs,” Hutchins said.
