Six advisers have joined the SHARE network
SHARE is pleased to welcome six new advisers to the team. Guy Turner, Richard Bradshaw, Paul Jack and Hamish Kerr are based in Hastings, with Mark Woolford being located in Palmerston North and Sonja Barrett in New Plymouth.
Richard Bradshaw has a focus on business and personal risk, with almost 30 years in the industry, whilst Guy Turner has also been in the industry for nearly 30 years and is an AFA specialising in Risk and Retirement Planning. Turner is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and an associate member of the NZ Law Society. With two years in the industry Paul Jack specialises in business and personal risk and the newbie in the group, Hamish Kerr, has recently joined after 10 years with Westpac Bank.
Mark Woolford, more commonly known as “Bear”, is a Risk Specialist and has been in the industry since 1992, most recently with AdviceFirst.
Sonja Barrett has worked in the industry for the past twelve years, mainly based in the Manawatu, and has a focus on personal risk insurance. Barrett is also a facilitator for the Commission of Financial Capabilities and has experience in ACC planning.
SHARE is a nationwide adviser cooperative, providing insurance, investment and mortgage advice to individuals and businesses. With the addition of Guy, Richard, Paul, Hamish, Mark and Sonja, SHARE has grown to over 70 advisers.
CANSTAR rate changes update
In the latest weekly update from CANSTAR, Kiwibank raised its fixed 2 year home loan rate for owner-occupiers and dropped the equivalent rate for investors, with both rates now aligning at 4.15%.
Sovereign, the Co-Operative Bank and TSB all reduced selected fixed rate loans.
Kiwibank NZ Investment Fixed 2 yrs 80% 4.15% from 4.25% down 0.10%
Kiwibank NZ Residential Fixed 2 yrs 80% 4.15% from 3.99% up 0.16%
