NZ Adviser has announced its Elite Women 2025 list, honouring female leaders whose influence over the past year has helped shape the mortgage industry.
The recognition highlights professionals who have made significant contributions through leadership, advocacy, innovation, and mentorship.
Following a detailed selection process, NZ Adviser’s team identified 40 women who have excelled in key areas, including championing diversity, mentoring and educating peers, advancing client experiences, and driving business growth. These professionals have not only demonstrated industry expertise but have also made a meaningful impact in their communities.
Among those named in the 2025 Elite Women list are:
- Poonam Kumar - director and financial adviser, iXCEL Financial Solutions
- Brooke Reynolds - mortgage adviser and director, Rapson Loans and Finance
- Claire McArthur - director and mortgage adviser, Claire McArthur Mortgages
- Dalene Pistorius - advisory operations manager, Link Financial Group

- Jacqui Hemi - mortgage adviser and franchise owner, Mike Pero Mortgages
- Laura Te Kaat - mobile mortgage adviser, The Mortgage Girls
- Leigh Hodgetts - country manager, FAMNZ
- Susie Signal - mortgage adviser and financial specialist, Vega Mortgages
- Sue Hopkins - business owner and financial adviser, NZHL Papanui
- Tazmeen Khan - director and financial adviser, Tazmeen Khan Financial Services
- Zebunisso Alimova - mortgage adviser and franchise owner, Mike Pero Mortgages
