Auckland townhouse buyers can score a free Toyota Camry hybrid in a unique Black Friday deal for the first five purchasers
In a bid to boost sales, Harcourts Golden Link Three Kings is offering a brand-new Toyota Camry Hybrid GX or an equivalent vehicle to the first five buyers of townhouses in The Glade development, located in Auckland’s Mount Wellington.
The promotion, valued at $224,000, is part of a Black Friday campaign targeting first-home buyers and young families. Each car is worth $50,000, with contracts needing to be signed by November 29 to qualify.
A first for the NZ property market
Paul Ko, manager at Harcourts Golden Link Three Kings, believes the promotion is a first for New Zealand.
“First-home buyers and young people can have a brand-new house and a brand-new car,” Ko told Domain.
The Glade development features 140 recently completed dwellings, built by developer Unispot. Homes in the promotion are priced at $799,000 and include four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a single carport.
“The units are already finished, so if the buyers move in before Christmas, they can have a Christmas gift,” Ko said.
Marketing the offer
The campaign has been heavily marketed across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and WeChat to attract a wide audience. So far, three of the five eligible townhouses have already gone under contract, leaving two still available for buyers to claim the car incentive.
Unique deal sparks interest
The offer combines affordability with added value for buyers, particularly appealing to young families entering the housing market.
With just days left until the promotion ends, Harcourts hopes the campaign will fully sell out the townhouses while giving new homeowners a unique bonus for their investment, Domain reported.
