“I have already been working with the team at REINZ to brainstorm ideas for additional offerings and improvements.” Rae said. “I look forward to helping develop the property management offering over the coming months.”
“As REINZ expands its offering to the property management sector and continues to call for regulation of the sector, we felt it vital to bring on an experienced individual, such as Jo, to assist with implementation and ongoing support to all REINZ members,” REINZ chief executive Bindi Norwell added. “Property management is such an important part of the real estate industry, particularly in the current political and economic climate as increased legislation is placed on property managers and landlords.”
