Top Advisers winners each settled at least $50 million in home loans
NZ Adviser has published its annual list of the leading mortgage advisers in New Zealand, spotlighting 62 professionals who collectively managed over $5 billion in residential loans from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
The Top Advisers report, now in its eighth edition, ranks the advisers based on the total residential loan volumes they settled during the 12-month period. To qualify, advisers were required to have settled at least $50 million in residential loans.
Selection process for Top Advisers 2024 awards
The selection process for the 2024 list began in April, with mortgage advisers submitting their loan settlement figures along with their contact details.
Advisers were also asked to provide the names and contact details of their aggregators for data verification purposes. Only the figures that were fully verified by the aggregators were included in the final rankings.
The report includes mortgage advisers from various firms across New Zealand, showcasing the diversity and competitiveness within the industry. Advisers were ranked solely based on the total value of residential loans they settled during the specified period.
