New Zealand Adviser (NZA) has announced the winners of its Top 25 Brokers of 2024 list, recognising a group of professionals known for their dedication to client service.
The selection process was led by NZA readers, who nominated and voted for mortgage advisers based on their personal experiences. The chosen brokers exemplify the qualities most valued by those seeking mortgage advice.
Selection process for New Zealand Adviser’s inaugural Top 25 Brokers of 2024 list
The objective of NZA’s Top Brokers list was to identify mortgage brokers who prioritise their clients’ needs.
The process included a wide range of mortgage professionals, aiming to highlight those demonstrating exceptional service.
In March, NZA launched a marketing and survey effort, reaching out to its extensive readership nationwide. Readers were invited to nominate mortgage brokers and rate them on six key criteria.
Mortgage brokers who received the highest number of votes and an average score of 8 or above were included in the Top 25 Brokers list. This recognition is based on the quality of service provided, not on revenue.
