The Adviser Platform (TAP) has announced two new appointments.
In a statement, TAP said the appointments align with the company’s commitment to empowering its members’ businesses through enhanced operations, governance, oversight, and regulatory support.
Pooja Shetty (pictured above left) joined TAP as its new senior operations specialist, to take on the lead in elevating operational efficiency within TAP and further enhancing the member experience.
Shetty joined from Kiwi Adviser Network, bringing with her a wealth of experience in financial services from advisory, claims, to liaising between lenders and brokers.
Also joining TAP as its new compliance specialist and adviser support was Naz Mistry (pictured above right), whose expertise will bolster the firm’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of compliance and governance support for its members.
Previously from Partners Life, Mistry is armed with specialist experience in supporting advisers to build their business from the ground up, whilst navigating the industry’s complex regulatory landscape.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Pooja and Naz to our TAP family,” said Ryan Edwards, managing director. “Their strong industry knowledge, combined with their passion for excellence, aligns with TAP's vision of empowering our adviser members to achieve unparalleled success. We believe their expertise will further strengthen TAP's position as a trailblazer in the financial advice space.”
TAP said the new hires reflect the financial advice management platform’s dedication to continuously invest in talent and expertise, which ultimately translates into better value and service for TAP’s adviser members.
