TAP unveils AI Document Reader

The Adviser Platform (TAP) has launched a new AI-powered feature, the AI Document Reader.

This new tool is aimed at enhancing the efficiency of financial advisory practices by automating the data extraction process from various documents, such as existing insurance policies.

Transforming advice preparation

Jody Lozell-Norton from Majesty Insurance, a member of TAP, praised the new AI feature.

“The AI tool is amazing,” Lozell-Norton said. “It saves me a huge amount of time in preparing my advice and allows me to spend more time tailoring the recommendations to the needs of my clients.”

The AI Document Reader enables advisers to quickly upload documents and automatically fills in essential details, dramatically reducing the need for manual data entry and allowing more time for client-focused activities.

“This tool is designed to learn and improve over time based on user interaction,” Taylor said.
