It aims to extend its presence in key areas in New Zealand
Non-bank lender Pepper Money has expanded its on-the-ground adviser support team by introducing new business development managers (BDMs) in its New Zealand offices.
Joshua Martin, a seasoned mortgage adviser, recently joined Pepper Money as a new BDM to focus on the Bay of Plenty and Wellington regions. He has more than seven years of experience in mortgage advisory and two years in the real estate industry.
Meanwhile, Pepper Money promoted relationship manager Aaron Taylor to BDM South Island to support existing accredited advisers and spread awareness of the company in the area. Rebecca Atoa, a sales support specialist at Pepper Money, would replace Taylor as relationship manager to compliment the adviser sales support team.
Commenting on the appointments, Pepper Money’s country head Aaron Milburn said: “I’m delighted to see Aaron Taylor stepping into a BDM role after doing such a great job supporting advisers as a relationship manager in Auckland. Similarly, it’s great to have Joshua joining the Pepper Money family just as we spearhead growth into new areas of New Zealand.”
