It offers free valuation and legals with a twist
Colenko, a specialist lender offering bridging and development finance, has announced details of its Euro Fever promotion, featuring a Euro-themed perk for brokers.
The promotion targets borrowers, offering free valuation and legal fees up to £3,000 on qualifying bridging applications submitted before the Euro quarterfinals on July 5.
In support of Gareth Southgate’s squad, Colenko is also offering a broker bonus of up to £10,000 on qualifying cases if England wins Euro 24.
“Incorporating an international tournament like the Euros into our promotions is a great way to get behind the country,” said Rob Roscoe (pictured), chief executive of Colenko. “We just have to hope that the performance against Iceland was a blip.”
The Euro Fever promotion applies across Colenko’s full range of bridging products, including development exit up to 80% LTV, refurb up to 75% Net, and fast track using AVMs and title insurance.
“Colenko is right up there in terms of speed and service,” commented Liam Arnold, head of bridging at specialised property finance broker FinSpace Group. “With the addition of free val and legals, the proposition is going to appeal.”
