Nathan Hennah and Huw Southall of Hennah Haywood Law led discussions with My Legal Club to create a bespoke package for mortgage brokers, estate agents, and their clients.
Binnersley’s team handles sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity transactions. Their commitment includes keeping brokers and agents in the loop through emails to both the client and other parties, clarifying issues in layman’s terms to prevent delays, efficiently reviewing incoming information to avoid further delays, and providing all relevant documents with highlights to ensure clients understand the enquiries raised and can respond accurately.
Hennah Haywood Law has also developed AI tutorial videos to guide clients through transactions. These videos, adaptable to 120 languages and 400 accents, aim to ensure a seamless experience, especially for non-English-speaking clients.
