It is set to participate in upcoming CA events throughout this year and next
The Conveyancing Association (CA), a trade body for the conveyancing industry, has announced WNS as its latest affiliate member.
WNS, a global provider of digital-led business process management (BPM) solutions, collaborates with clients across various industries, offering digital solutions in customer experience services, finance and accounting, human resources, procurement, and research and analytics.
In the UK conveyancing sector, WNS partners with large and mid-sized conveyancers and law firms. The company helps enhance operational efficiency and customer experience through back-office processes such as contract drafting, mortgage review, and title checks for freehold and leasehold properties.
The CA, which works with a growing number of affiliate members, offers these companies opportunities for engagement with its member firms. This includes participation in events and meetings, special offers, and promotional branding through newsletters and other materials.
WNS is set to participate in upcoming CA events throughout 2024 and 2025, including the Conveyancing Association’s 2025 annual conference and dinner, scheduled for early next year.
“WNS is committed to deliver transformational outcomes to the legal fraternity with domain expertise coupled with advanced proprietary operational excellence frameworks and flexible engagement models,” said Himanshu Bhardwaj (pictured left), business unit head of hi-tech and professional services at WNS.
“As an extension to that, we are excited to be included among the Conveyancing Association’s affiliate members and look forward to effectively engaging with the members and serving the fraternity in the UK.”
Nicky Heathcote (pictured right), non-executive chair of The Conveyancing Association, said it was pleased to welcome WNS as the CA’s newest affiliate member.
“We are looking forward to working with them, introducing the business to our members, and seeing them take a full part in the association’s events and next year’s conference,” Heathcote said.
“Becoming an affiliate member shows the importance stakeholders place on the conveyancing sector and the CA’s place within it, and all our affiliates provide insight and resource which help us drive our workstreams and objectives. We’re sure WNS will be a key affiliate member within the association for many years to come.”
