Bank of Ireland appoints national account manager

Rhys Powell has been appointed Bank of Ireland’s national account manager for its UK intermediary mortgages business effective November.

Powell joins Bank of Ireland from a similar role at Twenty7Tec group. He has established himself across the industry with more than 12 years of experience in financial services, including roles at NatWest and TSB Bank.

“We’re delighted Rhys is joining Bank of Ireland as our new national account manager in home buying and ownership,” said Alan Longhorn, national sales manager. “This appointment further supports our commitment to the intermediary market. We’re all looking forward to welcoming him on board next month.”
