Short term property finance lender Catalyst has appointed Kate Haas (pictured left) in the newly created role of marketing executive.
Haas possesses almost 20 years of marketing experience, having provided artworking services for property companies such as Berkeley Homes, Crest Nicholson, Redrow, London Square, and Thakeham Homes.
At Catalyst, she will be responsible for artworking and creating marketing communications that will help Catalyst grow its business and reach new intermediaries and property professionals.
“Kate brings with her a wealth of property artworking skills,” Anna Bennett (pictured right), marketing director at Catalyst Property Finance, said. “I was impressed both by her creative portfolio and her energy. We clicked immediately and I knew she would be a great asset to the team.
“As well as artworking, I will be coaching Kate on all things Catalyst marketing from data to email campaigns, digital marketing to PR. With Kate onboard, I’m looking forward to producing heaps of exciting campaigns and communications as we grow Catalyst’s lending platform to the next level.”
Commenting on her appointment, Haas said she was excited to be joining the team at Catalyst.
“There is scope within this role to utilize my existing skills, as well as learn more about other areas of marketing and build my skillset,” she added. “I was drawn to the company’s values and their different approach; I felt they would be a great company to work for.”
