He will be responsible for driving origination via the intermediary market
Specialist lender Colenko has announced the appointment of Mark Marlow (pictured) as its head of sales for bridging and development.
Marlow, who has worked in the industry for over 20 years, brings a wealth of experience and broker relationships with him as he joins the lender. He previously worked for PCF Bank, Oblix, Hampshire Trust Bank, Barclays, Bank of Scotland, and NatWest.
In his new role, Marlow will be responsible for driving origination via the intermediary market, with a product range covering bridging, refurbishment, and development finance. He will also oversee the growth of the sales team over the coming 12 months.
“We are really excited to have someone of Mark’s calibre and reputation join us for the next phase of expansion,” Rob Roscoe, chief executive at Colenko, stated. “Our proposition is built on expertise, speed, and efficiency, and Mark has these qualities in abundance. We are very excited about the future with Mark on board.”
Commenting on his appointment, Marlow said he was delighted to be joining Colenko, which recently became a lender member of the Association of Short Term Lenders.
“The platform and operational efficiencies they have put in place are best in class,” he remarked. “I look forward to taking the short-term finance proposition to the wider market.”
