It promotes one of its relationship managers to the role of lending manager within the development finance division
Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has announced the promotion of relationship manager Harry Bhogal (pictured) to the role of lending manager within the bank’s development finance division.
“Harry joined the bank a little over two years ago, having obtained an excellent degree in real estate and having spent a year working in his family’s business,” Neil Leitch, lending director of development finance at Hampshire Trust Bank, said.
“In the relatively short time he has been with us, he has been an absolute star, who has met each challenge before him with both skill and energy. He has built excellent relationships in the development finance market in the North of England and especially with HTB’s existing development finance clients.”
In his new role, Bhogal is tasked with creating new development finance business, mainly in the North of England. He will also manage discussions with the bank’s credit risk team and credit committee, as well as handling existing development finance customer relationships and those with professionals and introducers.

“I have had the privilege of growing and evolving within the organisation, and I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way,” he stated. “Our development finance division has ambitious growth plans, which I am excited to help implement, supporting property developers with projects in the North of England.”
