They will work closely with brokers
The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has announced the appointment of Jane Gough (pictured left) as its new regulatory trainer to enhance compliance support for its appointed representative (AR) firms.
Gough brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, having previously served as a senior mortgage consultant at Express Mortgages and run her own advisory firm.
In her new role, Gough will report to Aidan McCarthy, head of regulatory training, and will be responsible for developing and delivering training that addresses the regulatory needs of the network’s advisers.
This announcement comes at a time when regulatory compliance is more critical than ever in the mortgage sector.
Market Harborough Building Society has meanwhile appointed Parveen Arora (pictured right) as its new specialist business development manager. Arora, who has over 25 years of experience in the broker mortgage market, will support brokers in North and West London.
Arora’s extensive background includes roles at Aldermore and The Co-Operative Bank. His focus will be on building strong relationships with brokers and ensuring the best outcomes for clients, particularly those with complex circumstances.
Iain Smith, Market Harborough’s head of mortgage distribution, welcomed Arora to the team, stating, “His many years of experience means he understands what brokers in this space want.”
