SortRefer said that with the legal process being slightly more complex than the traditional home buying or remortgaging journey, the new bespoke product offers another conveyancing option for intermediary clients and their end-clients’ needs. It added that brokers can earn up to £300 with each Self-Build instruction put through the system.
The Self-Build product follows the same process as other SortRefer products, with an easy-to-use form, taking only a matter of seconds to obtain a quotation.
Established in 2009, to provide conveyancing and other ancillary services to brokers and their clients, the SortRefer portal has grown to have thousands of users instructing clients’ cases daily. It had its latest rebrand last September ,with a new-look logo and a revamped website.
