BrightOffice unveils entry-level CRM for commercial finance brokers

Customer relationship management (CRM) software provider BrightOffice has announced the launch of BrightBroker, an entry-level CRM for growing commercial finance brokers.

The tech company said the new purpose-built platform was designed by in-house industry experts with extensive market knowledge, to simplify the management of cases and business finance leads.

The single, secure cloud-hosted tool features include preconfigured case statuses, workflow automation, and reports; import of lender panel products and cases or work in progress for a smooth transition; source management with full audit trail to track and communicate with introducers; and a branded suite of essential document templates, such as Fact Find, terms of business, privacy notice and GDPR, and SALIE, among others, with BrightSign e-signature functionality.

BrightBroker also has a custom URL, webmail integration, and SMS and newsletter marketing templates; built-in BrightOfficePay card payment collection and integrations with industry tools; and free UK-based support from an in-house team of industry experts.

“We are thrilled to launch BrightBroker, the newest addition to our suite of CRM software,” commented Nick Nicolaou, product director of BrightOffice, in a post announcing the product launch. “Our product has the specialist features that brokers need to efficiently guide them through cases from the initial fact find and KYC checks, all the way through to completion, freeing up time to focus on business growth.

“The finance industry is highly competitive, but our purpose-built software will give commercial finance brokers the competitive edge.”

BrightOffice, part of the ClearCourse group of software and integrated payments solutions, specialises in providing sector-specific CRM software for small to medium-sized enterprises.
