More tech enhancements to follow throughout the year
Mortgage and protection network HLPartnership (HLP) has implemented several upgrades to its technology platform to offer its members what it believes is the most comprehensive and integrated facility in the current market.
The platform’s news and communication hub, which centralises all crucial messages, news, and communications, was designed to ensure advisers will never miss out on essential information.
An integrated booking system, which now shows all events, training courses, and webinar bookings, allows advisers to book and attend events using this portal, which will also have their CPD record automatically updated.
The client search feature and product screen were also improved to make the browsing experience more seamless for brokers, while its revamped MI dashboard and reporting tool now boast a refreshed design and enhanced user-friendliness.
HLP said that with Consumer Duty now in effect, the adoption of the best technology to make sure that client outcomes were in line with the regulation’s expectations was becoming increasingly vital.
“Our journey of technological evolution is rooted in our unwavering dedication to our advisers,” said Christopher Tanner (pictured), chief executive at HLPartnership. “There are so many different components of tech support that brokers need to operate efficiently today. But the key is to make each part work together so that advisers have everything at their fingertips.
“These portal updates are a testament to our pledge to equip our members with superior tools, ensuring they continue to serve their clients to the best of their capabilities. This marks the beginning of a series of enhancements set to unfold throughout the year.”
