Fintech lender MPowered Mortgages has announced the launch of a dedicated WhatsApp channel, to be used by its support teams to directly provide product updates to brokers.
Brokers can apply to be part of the MPowered WhatsApp channel by reaching out to their broker support team.
The introduction of the lender’s new broker channel follows the launch of CriteriaGPT, a chatbot which uses ChatGPT technology to answer complex criteria queries.
MPowered also recently launched a new marketing tool called Marketing Assist, which creates content for brokers as a way to attract new business and engage existing clients.
