A new mortgage quoting platform, MortgageQuote (MQ), has been launched, promising to transform the way mortgage brokers operate with its AI-powered system.
MQ, offering access to over 9,500 plans from more than 90 lenders, claims to significantly improve the efficiency of mortgage brokers by introducing a web-based platform that streamlines client interactions and acts as a tool for generating mortgage quotes.
It also features a portal that allows brokers to access client quotes, modify lender panels, and tailor the system to match their website branding.
In addition, MortgageQuote offers quote management, centralising operations for brokers and providing clients with up-to-the-hour updates on mortgage plans. It includes several financial calculators, such as overpayment, stamp duty, and capital and interest calculators.
