Users are now able access the eConveyancer panel and DigitalMove platforms without leaving the system
One Mortgage System (OMS), a processing platform for mortgage intermediaries, has announced a full application programming interface (API) integration with conveyancing software provider Smoove.
The integration allows OMS users to access the eConveyancer panel and DigitalMove platforms without leaving the system or rekeying any data.
Smoove, with over 20 years of experience, specialises in software solutions to enhance the property transaction process, promoting accessibility, transparency, and efficiency.
OMS, launched in 2017, is a customer relationship management system, covering product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial, plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with platforms such as Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, Ignite, Hometrack, Experian, and Knowledge Bank to provide product sourcing, protection sourcing, and criteria searching to users.
“In order to stay ahead of the tech curve, it’s vital that we continue to form partnerships and alliances with firms who are real pioneers in their respective spaces and share our philosophy of being able to facilitate simpler, faster and more cost-effective processes and solutions for their users,” Melanie Spencer (pictured left), business partnership and growth director at One Mortgage System, said.
“As a business, Smoove is a perfect example of the type of partnerships we are looking for and, from intermediary feedback, we know that having access to eConveyancer and DigitalMove will open the doors to some of the highest quality firms and processes in the conveyancing industry.”
Jesper With-Fogstrup (pictured right), chief executive at Smoove, said they were delighted to partner with a company known in the industry for their leading technology system, spanning the homeownership process.
“Our strong product lineup, focus on customer service, and dedication to cross industry innovation, including eConveyancer and DigitalMove, connects seamlessly with OMS,” he added. “Intermediaries using the OMS system, will be able to instruct within the continuous mortgage journey on behalf of their clients, to a choice of over 80 quality conveyancing firms across the UK, available on our APIs – eConveyancer Connect.
“Our mission is to revolutionise home moving and ownership for everyone involved, and partnering with OMS is another important step on that journey.”
