Specialist Hub has been appointed to the packager panel of Quantum Mortgages.
Its lending portfolio includes commercial and semi-commercial, regulated and unregulated bridging, specialist buy-to-let, and residential first and second secured loans.
The company has over 38 years of experience in the specialist finance market, providing specialist financial products for mortgage brokers, independent financial advisers, and other industry professionals.
An intermediary-only specialist buy-to-let lender and new to the market, Quantum Mortgages said its lending practice centres around the needs of experienced landlords.
Having closed a significant seed funding round, secured an initial £1 billion of funding, as well as having the backing of a global investment manager with over £10 billion of assets under management, Quantum Mortgages is positioned to compete in the current specialist lending market.
