ULS Technology has changed its name to Smoove to reflect the group’s plans to simplify the home moving and ownership process.
The Smoove group of platforms, which consist of eConveyancer, DigitalMove, Legal Eye, and Amity Law, aim to provide an end-to-end, digitally empowered home moving experience, with assistance offered at every stage.
As part of its growth phase, Smoove said it is also investing in new technology to help drive automation and build products and services for estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and lenders that will ultimately improve the consumer experience.
“Buying a home is one of life’s most stressful experiences. It’s slow, fragmented, uncertain, and overcomplicated. Our rebrand reflects our ambition to simplify and revolutionise the home moving and ownership process,” Jesper With-Fogstrup, chief executive at Smoove, said.
“Smoove’s aim is to make the experience frictionless for all parties in the process. Whether that means providing transactional visibility, streamlining the process, reducing uncertainty and completion time which will ultimately ensure a more satisfactory outcome for everyone.”
Smoove said that over the last three years, its platform had saved around 1,360 days worth of onboarding and admin time and had helped with more than 850,000 home moving and refinancing transactions.
