3mc has made updates to its website which enables brokers to compare and contrast the criteria of all lenders on its panel in a faster process.
Brokers will now be able to use a set of filters to view and compare the different criteria for buy-to-let, specialist buy-to-let, residential and bridging lenders.

Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said: “Selecting mortgage products is no longer a case of simply choosing the lowest rate.
“Our interactive system not only enables brokers to compare and contrast criteria as their first priority, but they can also e-mail and/or print the results (which will show the filters used) and keep them on file for compliance purposes.”
