The lender has made two hires to its sales team.
Acre Lane Capital has appointed Magnus Duke Dadzie as sales and business development manager and Simon Payne as business development manager.
Duke Dadzie joins from Propfin where he was head of business development and Payne was previously relationship manager and underwriter at MFS.
Ian Wilson, chief executive of Acre Lane Capital, said: “We are delighted to have them both onboard, both bring a wealth of experience.
“We have made these hires primarily to broaden our coverage of brokers, and specifically to enhance our coverage of packagers.
“2019 was a robust first full year, although it became apparent that the broker community saw us as primarily a development lender.
“These hires will provide us with more bandwidth to cover the brokers and increase our origination of bridge loans.
“We hope in 2020 as loan volumes grow, to rebalance our lending book towards a healthy mix of both development and bridge loans, whilst all the time continuing our success with originating development loans.”
